Tres Tardy for Tres Chic!
This week's new Truth styles feature pinned-back locks of lusciously tousled locks, creating a soft but smex frame around the face that's so perfect for both casual and more formal styles.
Some time ago, the lovely ladies over at the Tres Chic blog kindly let me join their talented crew of hardcore fashionistas, but with the crush of the RL holidays, etc., I'd been unable to post anything until now (sowwwy fabulous ladies! Bad blogger!) *flogs self with purse strap* This casual look mixes some new things from Collabor88 + some more fun accessories (like these oversized red peacock feather earrings + bag), which I thought might do nicely for my 1st contribution there.

Real Angels Eat Angel Food Cake
Every once in awhile, it's nice to indulge in some premium skivvies. There's a superluxe smoky plum/pink-nude lace set by Fishy Strawberry out at The Dressing Room that's some of the nicest I've seen in awhile (totes channeling La Perla). -- I couldn't resist some angel food cake + vintage ad styling to go with; some indulgence seemed appropro for this nottie but nice ensemble.
Sometimes my emo side slips out. -- Gavin's so dreamy. Hehe.
G + I decided to break for the Hamptons early this week, i.e., a good excuse to show off his new driving shoes after our friend Vixanne left a particularly incisive comment on the chatbox recently. -- That hurt nobody's feelings, I might add. -- It's that damn emo side again! Hehe.
The floral shorts I'm wearing here are free by Le Poppycock; this long, flowey "Fiona" hair is also new by Truth (all these recent long styles are so so smex; a better look at this one coming soon).

It's Bewbies!
As womenz, our bewbies get pushed around, poked, prodded, stuffed (?), etc., so when I saw this free boob-shaped cuppycake + free nipple cake (shot here as a seat), I knew I had to build an image around all the ways in which we celebrate/support/show off les bewbies. A free sheer dress/bikini set from DeeTalez gave "the twins" even more of a front row center display. -- They're such attention whores, really.

Today on my bike ride, I met up with my friend Chester the chipmunk 'cuz he said he found some really yummie cheese. Sunny Spring
The Unknown Hunt (named after the concept of discovering new stores) will offer some nice goodies when it kicks off on April 1, so I wanted to show y'all a sneak peek. This free springtime floral "belt" skirt by Y&R + free sunny T-shirt by Chokoreeto will both be gifties on this hunt, which I paired with some $1L Paper Couture tights, free earrings, free fishbone charm bracelets + a free girlie purse by S@bbia. -- The free beer was for the chickie. Really.
I've fallen hard for this week's new "Sarita" style by Truth. With a long braided piece in the front + a fluttery half-pony to the side, this charmingly messy style practically screams Springtime! Oh, and "Lemme put this here free butterfly on mah nose."
Gavin + I stopped by itutu last nite, where we snagged some free watermelons. Btw if you haven't yet been to Tee*fy creator Azure Electricteeth's new store LaViere, she's giving away a 3-color socks pack for free (I'm wearing her "Eggplant" color here).
I also snagged some housewares I hadn't seen before: a $10L set of dutch ovens (2 prims each!) + these cute $10L salt & pepper shakers (1 prim each). The marmalade can + marshmallows are free oldies but goodies, also courtesy of the cafe.

Cherry Treats
Jule's yummie post below inspired me to put together this cherry look for today, featuring a free lace-trimmed dress by Honey Soul + a tasty free Easter choco treat by Kue. Some chatty free Myna birds had plenty to say about this look (i.e., that I didn't have any treats for them, too). Awwws.

Bless Mah Boots
2 looks for you today, inspired by the shoe goodies that I picked up at this weekend's 60% off sale at Hoorenbeek. These ahhhmazin' multi-textured "Lucille" lace-up tall boots (yummie golden double buckles + tiny gold eyelets!) + tweed herringbone pants by Spirit Store tied together this casual riding look.
It's always a big yay when you remember random things in your inventory, like this horse I won for free at the Neon Frog MM board.
Btw this shaggy new "Riri" hair by Truth I'm wearing thruout is 1 of the sexiest bobs I've seen, bouncing with tousled curls + chin-length layers. The hair falling over just 1 eye is tres smex too. *mwuahs Truth Hawks*
These sunshiney yellow wellies were another 1 of my Hoorenbeek grabs. The broccoli patch dress is free by Tiny Bird + this Elvis lunchbox is free too, courtesy of the Second Island tourism agency, where there's cute rolling luggage, passports + more of these small valises all free for the taking.
Finally, a frugalista tip for mah fellow socks lovers: get thee to Grixdale to scoop an entire center sox display -- and the whole set of nearby tank tops along the wall -- for the low price of free. (I'm wearing just 1 color here with the wellies).

SLexy Judgy Wudgy Committee, Session 1: MetaMan.
It's SL men's fashion week, so our SLexy resident man Gavin McGinnis agreed to take on Sileny's blogger challenge (the assignment: to create a "Preppy" look) + be generally objectified by us ladies.
