This playfully demure, past-the-knees belted dress by The Secret Store pops with bold color combos like this classic polka-dot prints + wide cherry-hued belt; a dashing bowtied headband in this latest "Thelma" 'do by Truth paired so nicely with these ladylike styles. And if more pouffy is your thang, rest assured that you'll find your pick of bouffants as well, like in these pouffed-out bangs in this latest "Peggy Sue" style by Lamb. And cat's-eye glasses? The Endless Summer.

O hullo all. *sneaks into the room guiltily* I've been off enjoying RL for a bit, hitting some truly glam spots (snorkeling + munching sushi in Hawaii) + other not-so-glam spots (3 days at Disneyland with the nieces, aka the physical exhaustion equivalent of a triathalon -- but with water rides). Mah gf Tram creator Moca Loup has just released some darling new "coat shirt"-type longer top pieces that are tres perfect for lazin' around in yo' undies. This blue striped/white collar + French cuffs version is just 1 of several versions that are all just so damn cute. *mwuahs Moca Loup*
I couldn't resist a free Bambi-faced neck strap coin purse with this fawn-colored version; a free sheer chiffon dress by Fore + the new "Miku" bow-accented updo by Truth completed this dollface look. -- Yes that's a bit o' nip showin'; hopefully nobody minds too much, hehe. *prepares for G's wrath*
Btw if you haven't yet seen this $15L "doll joints" skin that's making the blog rounds, it's worth a look-see; the Rotten Toe skins are always something of a surprise (they're uber-cheapies, but always so lovely!) + I found the beestung lips on this latest group gift to be notably superpouty.

Unexpected, In Canary

Sometimes you'll fall in luhs with a bright paintbox color for absolutely no reason. -- Take canary yellow, for example. 1 of my fave Stuart Weitzman wedges in RL are in this color (they lept off the shelves at me a few seasons ago). You could say that Pixel Mode creator Tya Fallingbridge was the hero of Shoe Fair this year. Not only did Tya graciously swoop in to do the build for this event, but her new strappy "Fae" wedges are Your $L Are So Toast degree of cute. My fave are the dark heel; check it out.

I've always wondered if I could create a "vendor"-like poster image, so purely for s**ts & giggles, I gave it a whirl for creator Aikea Rieko's deliciously glowy new "Ataciara" skin line, which begged for a dressed-down look with a bit o' righteous 'tude. Dodgy Shopping Day

I decided to kick off the week with some shopping of a more, um, personal nature.
