Today I'm showing some of the newest separates that Ricielli is debuting this month: check out these scrumptious half-folded over lapels, and metal snaps & hemmed zippers detailing; all of these elements are tres quintessential Ricielli and display creator Fhara Acacia's trademark attention to detail. I am also perpetually a fan of this brand's rich, saturated color palettes (you need these muted fire-engine red pants in your life) + I found this low-dipped, scrunchy undershirt to be an amazing go-to basic for mesh layering.

Golden + burnt tones, punctuated with just a touch of crimson, can glam up even the dingiest of subway tunnels.
I'm showing the latest "Cassia" skin by Glam Affair, which I'm loving for its just-right touch of knowingness to this lush, polished face; skin connoisseurs will note that the accompanying lipstick set made especially for this skin is 1 of the most complete Glam Affair lipstick sets to date, ranging from subtle mauves and pinks to this exceptional fire-engine red I'm showing here (btw if you haven't yet hit the $15L World Cup hunt at Ricielli, you must scoopie the gold belted + gold studded black leather pants there for $15L -- easily my vote for best steal of the week, I believe it's the #11 soccer ball). Ricielli Spring.

Creator Fhara Acacia's new Springtime 2014 collection for her iconic Ricielli brand features her signature fresh color palette (both prints & solids), in the form of fun, mix 'n match separates that are so perfect for the season's warmer climes.
As to be expected with Ricielli releases, it's all about the li'l extras: look for double angled zippers (yum!); scrumptious plays on texture (quilted vs smooth leathers, as just 1 example); and plays between form-fitted + loose draping that are so fun to play with when styling looks. Fhara is also offering the newest "fitted meshes," which you can see by enabling the "Advanced Lighting Model" (under "Develop" + "Rendering," if you use Firestorm). -- See how nicely these fitted meshes hug the buttie area? Tres helpful when you've got bear cubs trying to distract you (+ you can't fix a wedgie, hehe).
And here's a better look at this 1-piece from Ricielli; the wide belted look with the shortie loose shorts make our avis look so long-legged, no? -- Btw it's hard work lifting your leg whilst posing in a fairy forest! Hello Moto.

Ricielli has released some lushly textured, exceptionally detailed (check the teensy zippers!) new separates out for Avenue Fashion Week, which I've mixed & matched for today's casual look here. Some oversized pear-shaped jewels, heavy-lidded glossy eye makeup + even some face moles (some by me, some by Glam Affair) made this look a tad sultry today. Plus this fleece-lapeled denim jacket is now something I'm hunting for in RL (gee thanks Fhara)! That woman is the fashionista devil, I tell ya.

The real star of this look is these oh-so-meticulously-painted crinkly pants (check out the trademark motorcycle bike crinkles around the knees), with an absolutely fabby bronze-gold sheen, which looks smokin' against this gray-black leather. The next time I'm not stuck at home living the uber-fast-paced life a still-new puppy mom, I'm most def gonna be sporting these to da club. Hehe.

Coiffed @ Hair Fair 2013 (Part 4): Banded & Ponied.

Ploom is offering 1 of the prettiest multi-banded ponytail styles of Hair Fair 2013, showcasing creator Helyanwe Vindaloo's signature love of sectioning hair into a falling cascade of individually pouffed-out pieces. I thought this uber-girlie style was tres perfect for showing another look at the newest skin by tsg (another specialist in all things girlie), as well as this new studded retake of the much-beloved "Papi" jumpsuit by Ricielli. Take a look.
Aren't these free accessories fun? Springtime Romance.

A few shots today showing a new non-New Joisey white metal-studded look by Ricielli, which I paired with this utterly retro glam, sideswept swirled updo by Truth that's the very definition of Springtime romance, 'specially with these cascading curls tumbling delicately onto the shoulder (btw did anyone else see the feature on The New York Times about how retro bridal is in now? I sooo want those Great Gatsby wedding gowns as RL party dresses!) + the latest "Ardent" eyes release by IKON, which simply glow with their usual luminous realism (I particularly loved the steely gray-blue "Platinum," the new must-have blue "Skyfall" hue + the golden tawny "Parchment" shades shown here).

I just can't get enough of this lovely off-the-shoulder cardigan, so I ran over to TDR Fusion to scoopie it in this fake Burberry print.

Love Me Some Fake L.V.

Whilst traveling casual, some L.V. print (fake or real), heavy pearls + glossy red lips are never amiss.
I thought this $15L Louis Vuitton print sweater was so pretty falling off the shoulder; I just had to pair the fake L.V. trunk (by House of Fox, at The Arcade) + some sheer dotted tights with it. Plus how cute are these upside-down "flipped" ponys new by Truth? These mini-ponys together with the heavy bangs totally give that "I'm so innocent" vibe too, heh.

And now is when we obsess over the boots.
These double-zipper, gladiator-webbed, little rows of tiny bandaid strips ankle boots are just the stuff of ankle boot fetishes. Dream + I are absolutely obsessed; plus check out the perfectly contoured toe box. We think these comfy wedge ankle boots are tres citysmart (they must be, if 2 city girls approve them for NYC train ridin' -- and if need be, train perv arse-kickin') so we've now become obsessed with finding them in RL. Definitely the best $15L spent so far in the new year!
