Summer days are slipping by, so hopefully y'all are making the most of 'em. I always feel a li'l regretful at the end of the summer, like I should've spent more of it on the beach. Ah well, a few more weekends to go!

summer street mood today, especially after I popped on over to Pirate Arts + found a huge stockpile of loot that was all
free for the taking (these star-printed kneecapped leather leggings + cherry-lacquered, lace-up platforms being among the gifties). The blue leather bag was also
free; a new-ish strapless top by MonS added a still-summery touch.

The rest of this look combines this wide pant leg with a draped 1-shoulder top for a minimal yet romantic look, built in shades of gray and black. The newest full-body tat by The Plastik offered the primary bodily adornment; a parted-lips gloss by Pididdle added a subtle petal color.

Looking glam while getting ruffed up was a breeze with these 2 new mesh hairs by Truth, each featuring a longer piece draping down the front (1 with a luxuriously thick side braid; another adorned with a single elegant barrette on the side). The new striped T-shirt & front-pleated skirt by Baiastice, some pretty gold wire accessories + a lovely free texture-change watch that I mentioned on my blog post for Free*Style here (this time in chocolate brown) finished these looks today.
Now if only they made lightsabers in more girl-friendly colors. Use the Force, Luke love + fashionista kisses to all!
I'm still surprised at how freakin' great the finds are at Collabor88 + this month, creator R2 Aya breaks from her usual pretty feets closet to present this rich cherry silk brocade tank. It dips nottie low in front + comes with a giant black silk bow on the back (so I dropped another bow into the cleavage to match, hehe). This week's long, flowy bangs "Elsa" style by Truth (with a plump side bun for a touch o' elegance) offered a classy touch to offset these wide patches of skin.
For some reason today Gavin thought it would be amusing to hide my favorite purse in his messy male closet today. -- I didn't find the purse, but I did manage to steal G's new striped tux + fedora (the Gizza one at Vintage Fair that's been blogged like crazy). -- This week's new pouffed updo "Soleil" by Truth, some garnet droplet earrings by Donna Flora + the latest gorge fire engine red-lipped Glam Affair skin let me feel very much like a lady, even in G's oversized clothes. -- Ha! And now to find that purse. *steals more of G's stuff; tosses G's fugliest socks + undies out the window*
* My vote for the 2 fiercest moments of the video below (which after all these years, still remains 1 of her fiercest ever): the slow spoon lick in the Jeremy Scott Mickey Mouse outfit + her sulky strut away from the camera in the video's closing criminal lineup.
I fell hard for these whimsical "Pinwheel" poses by Adorkable (such a fun idea!) that comes complete with rainbow pinwheel pose props. (Really, who can't use a bit o' silly color in their life?) A fabby shoulder-padded, neon magenta jacket by Boom, the newest bias-zippered leather pants by Erratic + yet another gorges plum-lipped makeup from the latest Glam Affair "Cassiopea" skin completed this technicolor look.
