Donna Flora creator Squinternet Larnia is debuting 4 new pieces with unmistakably royal flair at the Accessory Fair that kicked off this weekend. Let's take a peek, shall we? *gets serious gown face on*
Check out a close-up of the magnificent necklace from Squinternet's regal "Victoria" set. Just look at this crazy thing.
As always, couture lies in the details: the crowning emerald gem, set in yellow gold, conjures a feeling of a majestic heirloom piece + these teeny-tiny seed pearls totally channel a vintage feel. I love the simplicty of the dark eggplant-colored velvet cord, which sets off this meticulously bejeweled look so perfectly. It's like a details bonanza.

This exquisite "Pink Spring" choker features a fuscia "gem flower" with utterly realistic cabachon texturing (take it from this RL jewelry designer -- this type of gem "vein" texturing is tha shizzz). Medallion-like earrings round out the set.
Squinternet's new "Estre" earrings have a bit of modern edge to them with a tiny gold spiral border + suspended oval loops "catching" these suspended seed pearls. ZOMG are these cool.
The "Emmanuelle" set showcases one of Squinternet's signature design styles: this necklace combines several types of gems going all the way around the neck + plays with stone size, featuring clusters of tiny little gems dancing alongside clusters of lustrous round pearls. Matching earrings cascade down the earlobe in a stately "chandelier" style.
This ridic gorges gown I'm wearing thruout is the current group gift by Marinoco Fashion + I think one of the best $1L finds on the grid right now. This rich creme/light nude beige color is baked to satiny perfection + the knee-length sheer skirt adds a subtly sexy touch; I just luhs these Breakfast At Tiffany's-like long arm gloves with this strapless look. (This gift also includes some awes purple-tinged wings for anyone into the fairy thing; I'll try to show these on a fairy look post for Free*Style). The Honey Kitty knee-high socks are just for added sass.

The OmNomNom Hunt started this week + it's a droolworthy dream for us SL foodies. Gavin + I only just started the hunt but already there's so many fun things. Here's a li'l taster of these delectable free goodies.

Floating fast food meal from someplace that is new to me, Endless Dreams. There were tons of fighting AOs here too; such a cool store.
Aerial burger "swim" floater also by Endless Dreams. The gift here also includes a giant floating shake drink with bendy straw which spins you round + round. ZOMG cute.
There's also a $10L gatcha machine here where you can win this sweet hard candy lollipop in various shiny colors, as well as other floating sweet treats like gummy bears.
Finally, check out these crazy ice creams by Cutie Honey that you can wear or hold. -- Ice cream drips are tres good for the scalp; it's the latest beauty craze.

These looks were built around the free rolled-waist white denim shorts that the lovely Emma Gilmour of Surf Couture has set out at her Le.Look! location. *mwuahs Emma* This warm golden brown bob hair is newly free by Uncle Web (love the height at the crown; such a smexeh touch) which just works really well with this fantastic skin tone. The white thermal $1L top + free scarf-tied shoulder bag are both finds from Tres Blah.
Check out these free angel's wings by Boom, featuring this unique trailing "back necklace" which falls down the contours of the back. Like this skin, there's something way cute but hellaz sexy about this unique piece.
The jewelry I'm wearing is the newest free jewelry gift from Ganked's subscribo. Just can't seem to get enuff of Misti Merryman's bold statement looks; plus these turquoise pieces are marbled + textured so perfectly.
This 2nd look features the new Vive9 skin gift which I think is done really well. There's lots of options in this gift (teeth/no teeth; frex/no frex + various tones) so if you demo this skin + it works well with your shape, the $150L group join fee is totally worth it since this group gives skin gifts on a regular basis. -- There's an innocent yet curious face going on here that I like. Viva La Diva

This tres glam 1-shoulder, single-bewbie free bodysuit by Boom struck me as something the almighty Beyonce might slip into for her "Diva" video, so I had to title this post accordingly. I luhs the simplicity + naughty glamour of this minimalist bodysuit: I mean just check out this double ruffle situation on the shoulder + the hip. -- It's so diva. As in, sprawled out somewhere on a chaise lounge in The Riviera, with champagne, diva.
The white latex 'kini I'm wearing underneath comes from Nyoko's Wears, one of my oldest fave stores which specializes in the. teensiest. bikinis. that you ever did see. Seriously, their shiny latex is some of the nicest on the grid + their 'kinis might just redefine itsy-witsyness. (Of course, I own one in every color). There's also a shiny body oil here that's fun to play with, for anyone who's into that over-the-top sexy kinda thing.
Hair whores like moi know that it can be challenging to find big, curly styles that move softly around the face. I scooped this style at !SyDS!, which is currently offering several unapologetically big + flexi hairs for free in their lucky boards. This style I'm wearing comes with butterflies above the head + even a separate butterfly for your nose! These are so worth a stalk.
These shoes were another hard-to-find "score" for me: excellent nude-colored heels. These patent leather ones have a sophisticated, matte shine + were too prettily textured for me to pass up. (I scooped these for $100L at the Nardcotix moving sale last Friday; not sure if this is still going on). Plus this glossy caramel color was just yums.
Finally what's a diva without a doll? This free sheep doll came to me courtesy of the Katat0nik subscribo. It tickles me how this cutie pie looks just a tad evil at the same time. All he needs is a li'l WUV. Awwws.

Les Filles Gamines Qui Ne Parlent Pas Le Francais

My good friend Dorothy Button is such a 'natch at gamine style that I was inspired to shoot her look of the day + also come up with a version of my own. (Notice how my look is more like trannie gamine). *giggles*
My homie BettiePage Voyager was kind enough to pass me last year's Starlust Hunt gifts (which included this too-cute pink "balls" heavy-bangs updo) + her lovely double purse (with handy-dandy texture change options). Being a girlie-girl of the biggest, most unapologetic kind, I just had to combine these pink + red hues. (*NOTE: Some of these gifts are going bye-bye at the end of the month, so if you like any of 'em you might wanna scoopy now).
Dorothy's look is more of the true gamine, complete with this frothy-light nude pink chemise slipdress + adorable bangs-heavy hair. Her stockings + boots combo are just perfection with this single-button overcoat. *faints, dies*
This post title came about 'cuz a bunch of us were sitting around discussing how much our French rather sux. (At least mine does. Particularly shameful for someone who used to live there for a good bit). Naturally, I had to title this post accordingly. LOL.

Party, Then Relax

This free 1-shoulder black cocktail dress by Honey is so totally what I would wear to a charity gala if I was in a classically elegant kinda mood.
Gotta love all the girlish touches here. The pretty shoulder bow is so feminine + there's a wonderfully subtle shine to this satiny texture, which highlights these pretty "waves" of skirt ruffles. -- I just luhs skirts that move in a soft, fluttering motion around the waist like this one. The skirt is mod; I shortened it just a tad so that the black lace-topped stockings (free from Kyoko Couture) could peek thru.

Check out this pretty bow detail on the back too.
The free jewels I'm wearing are the new pink + gold "North Star" jewelry set that Ganked creator Misti Merryman has set out in her store. Misti's designs have been all over the feeds for her large, statement jewelry at tres reasonable prices; there's also a 2-minute flip time lucky chair here featuring a big bold black necklace/earrings/bracelet set. *NOTE: If you previously purchased anything here, all jewelry is now resizable so you can contact Misti directly to get a resizable version (this is what I did on her "Rocklove" pieces that I had previously purchased).

I'm normally not so much a pumps kinda gal but it's hard to resist when the Nardcotix people get the classic pump to a tee. These fabby Wizard of Oz-like ruby heels were 1 of several shoe finds that Dream + I scooped from the $100L moving sale there yesterday (I don't know how long this sale is lasting). The li'l droopy bow in back is so cute too.
This smexeh boyfriend shirtdress is so totally what I would slip on post-gala for that chillaxin' time at home. (I actually forgot about this previously free gift until recently + then remembered how much I love it). These awes pink pumps are yet another Nardcotix $100L sale scoop + just for a fun touch, I added this luscious grape-colored round purple gem necklace, another free group jewelry gift by Ganked. The ciggie was just 'cuz.
There's a ton of wonderful skin gifts on the grid right now + this $1L skin I'm wearing thruout this post by A.Y.Y. is one of my faves. The shading on the face especially is really nicely done + these lips seem especially pouty.
The straight bangs/messy updo hair I'm wearing thruout is another $1L find courtesy of Mikan (*mwuahs* to Dream for making sure I got this one) + I couldn't resist adding my fave fabby Mandala metal cuffs for this more dressed-down look.

P.P. Made A Mess on Suri's Chair

There once was a little panda who loved to get into trouble. Her name was Pretend Panda (or "P.P." for short).

P.P.'s favorite thing to do was to find new places to do something mischievous. Bad panda!
One day P.P. was walking by Suri Christen's house when she sniffed the most delicious smell. It was her favorite food -- pizza! P.P. couldn't resist sneaking inside for a closer look.
P.P. just had to help herself to a hot slice. Then she spotted Suri's brand-new pose chair. P.P. thought it'd be really fun to enjoy her snack there. Bad panda!
When Suri walked in and saw P.P. getting pizza all over her beautiful new chair, she got mad.
This made P.P. cry.
Luckily P.P.'s friend, Gavin Panda (G.P.) came by to console her. He treated P.P. to her favorite strawberry ice cream cone + made funny faces to cheer her up.
They were happy pandas.

The simplicity of this asymmetrical 1-shoulder dress really lets singular details like the silver tubing pop thru on this look.

A Li'l Color & A Li'l Loungin' Never Hurt Nobody

Some recent color wonderful gifts reminded me how superfun it is to splash vibrant hues together.
This look combines the new, vibrant print $1L leggings gift from LemonGinger + a new sweater + supercute belt by 1 of my fave stores, Luck Inc. -- How fabby is this thick lime green belt?
This roses headband is free for the Red Packets Hunt at one of my hands-down fave accessories stores, Atelier AM (there's actually 3 awes flower headbands here as part of the hunt, for anyone who dies for that kind of thing like moi) + the multi-ropes pearl necklace is a $60L Weekend Fever item that you can grab thru the end of today at Acid & Mala (NOTE: there's 2 versions available that are kinda similar, so just make sure you get the one you want).

This free skin by Leafy has gotten a ton of blog attention + for good reason: it offers that rare mix of both the gamine + the sexy, pairing a plump-cheeked, girlish like face with coquettish pert lips for a smexeh effect.
I'm wearing Leafy's free Red Packets Hunt skin here, but there's another "Strawberry Fields" skin for free in the store's lucky boards (with a green-blue eye makeup) + additional shape, etc. gifts in the store.

These free pink and white wedges with a wooden heel by Surf Couture are worth a closer look. For anyone who doesn't know this store, the textures here are always baked so prettily (check out the grainy, tactile feel of these pink leather toes). *NOTE: This subscribo does not give past gifts; however if you were already a member as of about a week ago + didn't receive these via their subscribo, I would recommend contacting creator Emma Gilmour directly (this is what happened to me + she was very gracious about it).
Onto the loungin': now as some of you know, I'm obsessed with fun SL food items + this free chocolate sofa (that includes 1 pose) is like, my chocolate bar relaxation dream come true. Om. Nom. Nom.
Likewise, this free Starlust Hunt "egg bed" gift by BP was just too cute to not be shown. There's 3 poses + the last egg on the right "eats" you when you sit on it. Heh. -- Here's my homies Dorothy Button + Gavin McGinnis indulging my hard-boiled egg fantasy here.
Since I already dragged them out, I shamelessly used Dorothy + Gavin to also show you the new free cardboard box 3-person pose group gift by Avoid. Here we are living out our rare moment of cardboard chic. -- Lemme tellya, the life of a cardboard box crew is not easy. You get rats, garbage + a lotta weird smells types of issues. -- Luckily for us, we discovered that Dorothy has all these crazy assassin skills, so we had nothing to worry about! Heh.And now a quick word for a group that has stayed very close to my fashionista heart. To celebrate her group's recently reaching 1K members (yaaay Marg!) a ton of designers have dropped gifts into the Freebie Fashionista group's Notices. This lovely "Roman Lounge" by Creative Insanity is one of these. -- I just luhs wearable furniture. Not only is it so so handy for when you wanna do lucky board stalking in a more fashionable way, but it's just good clean fun. -- This is moi sneaking some "me" time here. As in, /me is so totally procrastinating cleaning out my inventory -- again.
