Pinkie Girl.

My 2 Pegasus friends, Hanky & Panky, decided to play a li'l trick on me today: they promised to take me flying, but only if I colormatched their pink wings + blue manes first. -- Now pink + blue hair wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but zooming thru the pink clouds -- 'specially under a magical moon -- was tres worth it. Plus with the Truth color HUDs, anyone can change hair colors in a snap! So there, devious magical flying horses. Hehe.
This month's Collabor88 is throwing down the supergirlie theme of "Watercolors in Bloom," so naturally, taking a countryside stroll thru some relaxing pastel tones was in order. My double pink-stringed purse by LaGyo is just 1 of the items you can find at this month's new round; a new floral skirt, top + Mary Janes by Baiastice, plus some adorbs free extras like this loose bowtie scarf by Enfant Terrible + free pink bowties, rounded out this pinkie girl look.

Babyfaced.

The Sugar Garden is debuting its new "Hope" skin at Skin Fair 2013 (which opens today), and it's an exquisite realization of that babyfaced, utterly gamine look that creator Eilfie Sugarplum has been honing for years. The eyes are wide and innocent (the blonde brows -- which everyone knows can often be tricky -- are also expertly done) and the body is lushly soft; and these barely-parted, glossy lips are tres pouty, 'specially when paired with this softly surprised expression. Plus, the petite, rounded button nose! I was struck by how perfectly fitting it is on this fresh + youthful face. Take a look.
And in fashion news, Collabor88 has kicked off a particularly adorbs theme this month around "New Romance." I'm showing a few standouts here, including The Sea Hole creator (and Collabor88 organizer) Drinkinstein Sorbet's own "Sugar Whip" (is that a delectable name or what?) colored top + tank set, crammed with her usual rich, hand-drawn detail (check out the heart-print patterned shoulders!), which I paired with a vintage floraled knee-length skirt by Teefy that's just bursting with fluffy pleats 'n'  ruffles. Some knee-high socks + metal-tipped pumps new by Baiastice + the latest sideswept hair by Truth capped off this breezy, Spring-ready look.

Summer Prep.

Despite drowning in RL this week, I had to show you some of this week's fabbiest new hairs, including this impeccably elegant "Alessandra" updo by Truth (check out the gorges intricate, dainty braid woven directly into the crown!), the Skittles-like "swirls" longer style by Ploom (I added a li'l pink tiara action) + this simple yet chic longer bangs "Ebony" style by Truth, which I couldn't help but embellish with a few black ribbon florettes. A new revolver-stenciled mesh top by The Plastik gave some edge to this demure new skirt by u.f.o. + this color-change, double-stone pendant by Indyra Originals + a roughed-up new tat by Vega -- all of which felt perfect with this latest smex "Cassie" skin by The Sugar Garden (shown in 2 tones here; superplump lips peeps, this is the skin for you).
