Taking the Plunge.

It seems that some of us are too scared to take the plunge, even in poolside waters.
These latest cap hairs by Truth are perfect for adding a touch o' no-fuss casual summer style (how fitting would these be for summer with some denim cutoffs + your fave tank)? I'm showing the shorter one (which is actually a men's style) above together with a pretty free striped dress by OrsiniRed (yet another talented blogger's inworld imprint) + some other fun freebies that are yours for the taking, courtesy of the ongoing plethora of current hunts.

I also had to show you my newest absolute fave dark eye, this beguiling "Darkstar" shade in Ikon's latest "Ascension" line. -- Mysteriously ombre + rich in color (despite the dark hue; something that's quite rare in dark eyes) with hints of indigo, and full of realistic shine, I loved wearing this eye against a tomato-red lipstick + thick lashes.

Baby Unicorned.

Did you know that baby unicorns awaken in the middle of the night? I caught this one with its mama the other night. Luckily I was wearing my own unicorn horn -- plus this slightly scandalous corset that's new by The Plastik -- to help "blend" in better under the cover of night. I think it worked pretty well, since I even got the baby one to grant me a wish. -- Only, I can't tell you what it is, hehe.

Forever Marilyn

So right after I finished my Free*Style post on the free white stole + free rufflekini at Icing, I managed to win this free retro smexie dress from the same lucky board (*mwuahs* to mah girl Calista for the call!), which I just had to show ya since it channels some serious Marilyn Monroe. *throws best Marilyn pout*
This has got to be 1 of the most "complete package" gifts I've seen: not only do you get the dress, but the outfit comes with a free grate + windy skirt blow-up gesture/pose (including "oopsie!" facial emote) included, so you can really get yer inner Marilyn on. The free '40s Iruco updo that's been all over the feeds added a 'natch retro touch.
