Orange Crush.

Citrus, peach, terra cotta, coral: just walk into any RL store this spring to see all shades of succulent orange bursting on store shelves. I have a particular fondness for this color in a bright, vibrant hue; I also love that it symbolizes energy, creativity & joy.
Our own Sophielle graciously lent her adorable self for this orangey shot with me earlier this week. Check out these delectable new "glitter" nails by Cheap Makeup (I couldn't decide which I liked best, so I Photoshopped 2 colors together here, hehe). A pretty new head butterflies 'n flowers wreath by Nanan (which I thought went perfectly with this new poufy crown updo by Ploom) + a new knee-length mesh skirt by Urbana -- an up-and-coming brand that I'm diggin' for its emphasis on bold, geometric prints -- completed this colorful look.
In other news, there's always time for some free sushi, 'specially when it comes in this candy-colored pink lunchbox. -- Watch out for the salmon tho'; it's almost too fresh to eat.
And now: hopefully I remembered to buy that grapefruit in RL the other day (hopefully y'all have tried freshly-squeezed grapefruit + sochu together? Mmmm!) Orange crush love + fashionista kisses to all!

Pink & Red & Strawberry Frosties & Krispy Kremes.

It just wouldn't be V-day without some serious pink + red. Or strawberry frostie shakes. *slurps loudly; splatters frostie on front of dress*
It can be difficult to find updos that are "natural," which is why I fell in luhs with this week's new artfully messy "Vicky" style by Truth. Plus isn't this sweet pink + red frock like a giant wearable piece of confectionery? These satin "folds" are super pretty; plus I thought it was the ultimate in V-day Pepto-Cherry fashion candy, 'specially with this giant red bow.
In other news, everybody knows that a surefire way to tell whether somebody really likes you is whether they're willing to share their Krispy Kremes or not. *snatches Krispy Kreme from G's mouth*
And another look for you in pink, red + some cute polka dot jeans you can grab at Back to Black. I fell hard for this baby pink purse + glossy cherry heart shades too.

A Dash o' Winter White & A Smudge o' Coal Black.

My bundled-up look today features more splashes of winter white fitting for the snowy climes ahead, including this dramatic free zebra coat by PurpleMoon Creations + some new 2-tone peeptoes by Mstyle. A smex Truth pony + 2 necklaces added some extra girlie to this serious black 'n white color palette.
In other news, I've fallen in luhs with a few free holiday finds that I thought were 'specially cute. Check out this free "ornaments mobile" silver wireframe tree (the li'l candy canes + gingerbread men actually twirl around!) How cozy to watch while cuddling up to this free flickering fireplace, decked out with pine cone candle stands, a Noel sign + a framed rabbit picture adorned with mistletoe too (I placed the picture in another part of our house).
This gorge free fruit potted plant is only 2 prims; it's yet another gift at the same place you can grab the ornaments tree. This is a great touch of color at a cheap prim cost; I tucked these little potted trees into the brick corners of our home.
