Sweets + Messy-ness at the Secret Triad Town Chocolate Factory

Chocolate. The very word hearkens to messy, rich, decadent yummieness.
Triad Town has a secret underground chocolate factory + laboratory tucked beneath its ground level which is just bursting with all things chocolate. This place is a chocophile's dream: bags of cacao beans + boxes of chocolate bars are stacked up against the walls, while large, simmering pans of melted chocolate bubble over test kitchen stoves. Melted chocolate + cacao beans are everywhere.
Being surrounded by all this numminess was just fine until I experienced a wee bit o' self-restraint issues, as you can see here.

Gavin was having a few self-restraint issues too. See his hand inching towards the plate?
If you click around, there's lotsa goodies you can take home for free, like your own sack of cacao beans (the "Cacao Triad Made" one is buyable for $0L; it's the 2nd one from the left below). If you click on the bookshelves, some of the chocolate books are free too.
You can also scoop these two free chocolate bowls on the table. You even get a little spatula that comes with them. Are these the coolest things for your home or what?
Included with the bowls are these free messy, shiny, chocolatey smeared "gloves" to wear. Ahhhdorables! *licks self*
Venturing out of the kitchen labs will take you to the factory processing area, where you can see little chocolate bars moving towards their future tummies on this lovely conveyor belt. Makes you wanna jump into the machine for a ride, right? (Of course I tried. It wouldn't let me). *sigh*
See how Gavin left his opened chocolate bar near the operating buttons? Now that is exactly the kind of thing that can lead to a choco disaster! Luckily I was keeping close watch.
I thought this mound of chocolate bars being spit out of the machine made a tres excellent chillax spot. (Make sure to set your graphic settings to "ultra" to be able to see the cool-ass lighting running thruout this place).
Factory compliance is tres important, you know. *checks carefully* Drat. No opened boxes here.
There's also an adjoining room where you can purchase some unique chocolate-inspired items, like these squarish Chocolate Cube Cushions reminscent of large petit fours (they come in multi-color "layered" cubes in strawberry, green tea + chocolate cake flavors), with several poses baked in.
This was Gavin rocking his best chocolate centerfold pose.
I thought this sitting pose was both naughty/relaxing.
You can also try the chocolate gatcha (random vendor) box for $20L, which is rather clever since all the bars look the same; their labeled "flavor" is just different (imagination is tres tasty, no?) I got the chocolate caramel flavor; Gavin got milk chocolate.
Check out Gavin's dreamy expression here. Clearly, this bar managed to wow Gavin with its full-on chocolatey sensation.
I also wanted to tell you about this free cherry-licious holidays outfit that I've been parading myself around in, one of many fantastic freebies you can win in the Moxie Polano lucky chair. (The blog attention to this chair has been so crazy that I initially decided to skip it, until I spied this particularly smexeh number + just had to have it). This thing is one of the naughtiest Santa outfits I've seen yet: it's all about the mid-cut panties + bewbie-licious scoop neckline. There's also a subtle shine happening on the fabric that's totally wowza for detail freaks like moi.
This outfit came with boots, but I actually preferred the free Christmas boots from MPD since I like the black leather texturing better on those. I also added the free MPD Santa hat for that extra li'l furry touch.
My Curio "Winter" crying skin felt totally appropriate since Gavin had just gotten away with spanking me (he tricked me into being Santy Claus, which you can read about here).
My sweet tooth was on a rampage, so I paired this look with this candy cane necklace + earrings set from Moon Dance Designs for the $60L Sundays sale (it's hard to see, but there's a sparkling little jewel in the middle of this necklace charm that twinkles so prettily).
Chocoholics must see this secret chocolate factory, if only to check out this fantastic build. This should land you in the middle of the laboratory's test kitchens: Triad Town - Underground Chocolate Factory & Chocolate Lab.

Messiest chocolate love + fashionista kisses to all!

xoxo

I tried to show some self-restraint but my hand had a mind of its own. Before I knew it my face was covered in chocolate and I was fading into a chocolate coma. I think all of that chocolate made up for the spanking i gave you.

You know, impersonating Santy Claus is like, a MAJOR no-no -- especially this time of year! You better watch out for that coal. I wouldn't want to be you this year, buddy! xoxo Tesh

I'm not too worried about getting coal in my stocking. I already have what I want for Christmas. So I can be as bad as I want. LOL
