Overcast Day

It's overcast in my neck of the RL woods today, so I thought I'd post a quick pic showing the same weather in-world.
This free Elate dress find, with a pretty black lace overlay on the bodice + the back, has emerged as 1 of my fave things from the Seasons Hunt. I'm kinda diggin' this free macaroons-in-the-hair updo by Sugarcube too.

Another Seasons Hunt post to show you this striking free cashmere sweater from Arai, which hasn't received much coverage (likely 'cuz it was so friggin' difficult to find). To me, this retro print totally channels some abstract Mondrian. *drools*
A pretty free leaf pendant by Scribble, some free sheer leggings by Amato (this store has lots o' cute freebie things) + a lovely new windswept, wavy "Kelsey" hair from Truth finished this pumpkin-toned look. *mwuahs Truth Hawks*

All Kawaii, All The Time

The Kawaii Hunt kicks off today, which means oodles of free silly things for the taking.
Here's just some of the goodies: a cute free dress by Paradisis, which I paired with some free scrunched lavender ballet flats by Scribble + a really unique find: these heart-shaped, baby pink binoculars by December @ Sannomiya, complete with an adorable "look-see" animation. -- What? All NYCers own a pair of binoculars. Heh.
A floaty chiffon dress free by Towa inspired me to remember the free blue floral blossom veil cap + blue blossom wings at Vita's Garden + another cute free hair by Kin at the Hair Fair.

If you see any free giant floaty strawberries around, don't trust 'em. Or this could happen to you.

Oh Shiz, Somebody Let Loose Mah Stray Pig

One of my fave stores for grungy cute stuffs, Stray Pig (which has 3 lucky boards w/ free adorable animals btw) is having a mini-hunt right now where you can grab all kinds of cute things. I have literally zero time today *stabs RL* so I'm gonna point you in the direction of the web page which details all the info. Google Translate, man. It's easy and essential in life. *mwuahs* to creator YonYon Yip (and my girl Kaori Masala) for telling me about this awes hunt!
These items are suuupercute and some of them, like a really cute ladder and bed, have animations built-in.
There's even a grungy house.
The bed gives you a tossing animation which is cute.
This free pincushion seat just seemed to belong here. Love these Stray Pig curtains too, which flutter when you move them.
I will point out these absolutely fabby jewels by my girl Misti Merryman, who just can't seem to stop creating yummie gorges things. Just check out these rich colors + fluttery flower brooch; absolutely luhs that this necklace drapes wide, from shoulder to shoulder. *mwuahs Misti*
I also wanted to show you some of the recent stuff at PopArt, that crazy $1L everything furniture store. These hangers in particular are ahhhhdorables. The purplish plant (nice + tall) + tray of tea is oh-so-cute too.
