Emergence.

With so many shopping events built around purely stylistic or discount price themes, it's refreshing to see an event organized around more serious stuff, like what it means to cope with darker things that can live in our minds. The upcoming shopping event "Back to Black", hosted by CHIC Management + kicking off on 2/11, is themed around various aspects of living with mental issues in everyday life, including the (often silent) cloudiness that can so easily ensnare that most precious thing: our own mental health.
Concept lends style, and I chose to pair these bold, sculptural bodysuit pieces with this week's sultry new "Lana" style by Truth, featuring longer locks that drape the sides of the face in this dramatic, no-bangs look.
This outfit also emboldened me to explore dark moods, so Gavin + I headed over to creator Bryn Oh's rebuild of her Immersiva SIM, where you can follow the story of a little girl and her pet bunny/unicorn by clicking on the white tp balls thruout the build. -- You can also steal a private moment or two, which feels all the more secluded in these moody environs.
